Psychotherapy

Sarah is an experienced psychotherapist who provides psychological support and alternative approaches for Tension Myositis Syndrome (TMS) and Chronic Pain Recovery, Work Injury, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Trauma Recovery and other common psychological, work/life challenges.​​  She will draw on her vast experience to determine how to best support you with your mental health needs.

Art Therapy

Using a canvas with an assortment of brushes, palettes, rags and spray bottles, acrylic pain, crayons, water colours and more, Sarah will guide you through the art-making process whilst bring about learning on how to gain better clarity about yourself and your emotional and mental needs. Sarah's Art Therapy helps to relieve stress and anxiety through art and colour therapy, and promotes the letting go of fears, doubts and judgements and the embrace of your own needs, wants and desires. Sarah's Art Therapy requires no previous art skills or background, as you will be guided by Sarah with individualised attention.

In Nature Therapy

Sarah's In Nature Therapy are held outdoors and offer a comprehensive holistic approach to healing. Session include the art of Qi Gong & Tai Chi practices, Somatic Body Therapy, Art Therapy, Nature Based Mindfulness, Neuroscience, Lifestyle, Ritual & Ceremony and Nervous System Restoration.

Workcover Assessment

Sarah provides psychological assessments and treatment for those experiencing mental health concerns that are associated with workplace physical and psychological injuries. The goals of this therapy is to optimise rehabilitation outcomes.

We are registered with Medicare. To make an appointment with us you don’t need a referral from a General Practitioner or Doctor. However, a Mental Health Care Plan (MHCP) referral is required if you wish to claim a rebate for your counselling sessions. To know whether you are eligible, you will need to make a longer appointment with your general practitioner (doctor). They will make an assessment and may refer you to us under a MHCP. Medicare rebates are available for up to 10 psychological therapy sessions per calendar year (Jan 1 – Dec 31). Certain eligibility criteria must be met in order to be eligible to claim a Medicare rebate. Click on the Better Access Fact Sheet for more information, Please note that we are not a bulk-billing service, so an out of pocket fee will apply for every session as highlighted below.
